4 chicken breast
2 tablespoon of ground or shredded fresh ginger
enough balsamic Vinager to cover chicken
2 tablespoon garlic or 3 or 4 garlic cloves minced
cut Chicken into 1 inch cubes and soak in Balsamic Vinager with fresh ginger. soak for about few hours or overnight.
To cook you can fry it up and serve it over rice or noodles. If ya fry it you can add a little water to the pan at the end to make a little gravy to pour over it.
