I found this from a Kraft Foods web site. This is a quick and simply recipe and only take less than half an hour to make. Since i like easy and fast recipes this one tops my short list. But of course i added corn, carrots and chopped bell peppers and garlic and ginger. I love garlic and ginger a lot and use them in a lot of my foods. Hope you try it and enjoy
1lb ground beef
1 can Tomato soup
1 can (15 oz) pea drained
Brown ground beef. Add tomato soup and peas. Season to taste with salt and pepper and or other spices. Simmer for a couple minutes. Serve over hot mashed potatoes.
